Step 2
Once we learn a little more about your expectations, we will put together a draft itinerary. When you approve the itinerary, we require at least one face to face meeting so we can confirm your reservations. Each vacation varies, but generally the first meeting we finalize flights and hotels, and the second meeting we book details including transportation and excursions.
*Services range from planning basics such as flights, hotels, and transportation to full trip itineraries with daily activities. We would also host private, small group tours. Prices vary based on level of service for each individual trip. Contact us for a quote.
Fees for Booking (per itinerary):
Flights Only - $25
Flights, Hotels, and/or Ground Transportation for 1 to 7 day trips - $50
Flights, Hotels, and/or Ground Transportation for 8 to 14 day trips - $100
*Excursions and daily activities are additional
